What exactly is a Taglet?
A Taglet is a simple safety tool (keychain, wristband, stickers) that gives peace of mind when your loved one is out and about. Each Taglet has a unique QR code that links to a personalized Safety Page where you can securely store important details like their name, photo, medical information, and emergency contacts.
When someone scans the Taglet, they instantly see the information you’ve chosen to share, so they can help your loved one quickly and safely.
Think of it as a digital “if found” card that's lightweight, customizable, and always up to date.
How long do Taglet Wristbands last?
Our wristbands are water-resistant and last 1-2 days, depending on how active your loved is and how often the band is exposed to water. However, we recommend you change your child's Taglet Wristband after one days use for hygienic purposes.
Are they Taglet Wristbands Water-Proof?
The current Taglet Wristbands are water-resistant, meaning they’ll hold up to splashes or brief water exposure, but not full submersion for long periods of time. We do have wristbands (COMING SOON) taht are fully waterproof and more durable — great for swimming or longer periods of water exposure. Stay tuned!
Are they safe for babies & toddlers to wear?
Yes! Our bands are made with gentle adhesive and soft materials, designed to be worn by kids of all ages. They’re tough for little ones to remove on their own, but easy for grown-ups to peel off when needed.
Shipping & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Please note: During busy seasons (like back-to-school or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer rush shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping options, but we’re working on adding that in the future! If you have an urgent need, feel free to email us at tagletteam@tagletco.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but stay tuned! We hope to offer international shipping soon. For now, we ship within the United States.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
Refunds & Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We want you to feel confident with your purchase. We accept returns as long as:
- The Taglets are unopened
- They haven’t been linked to a Safety Page
- They’re still in their original packaging
If your order meets these requirements, you can return it for a refund. Just reach out to us at Tagletteam@tagletco.com, and we’ll help you get started. Your satisfaction means the world to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right!
What if my Taglet arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or with an error, please email us at tagletteam@tagletco.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace it ASAP at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at tagletteam@tagletco.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships!
My Taglet Dashboard
What is My Taglet Dashboard?
Your Taglet Dashboard is the secure hub where you manage everything connected to your Taglets. From your dashboard, you can:
- Create and edit Safety Pages for your loved ones that appear when your Taglet is activated and scanned
- Upload and update photos, medical info, and emergency contacts
- Activate new Taglets
- Reassign Taglets to a different Safety Page if needed
Think of it as your control center—it’s where you keep all the important details organized, so your Taglets always stay up to date.
How much does it cost?
My Taglet Dashboard is FREE and Individual Safety Pages are also free!
In the future, we hope to offer Premium Plans to help meet the needs of larger groups such as families and classrooms, and individuals who need to share more detailed information.
How do I set up My Taglet Dashboard?
Getting started is quick and simple!
- Click “My Taglet Dashboard” in the menu bar (top of the page) or in the side menu if you’re on mobile.
- Sign up or log in to your account.
- Once inside, watch the short Initial Setup Video—it will guide you step by step through:
- Creating your first Safety Page
- Adding your loved one’s info (photo, medical details, emergency contacts, etc.)
- Activating your first Taglet
✔️ After setup, you’ll be able to manage all of your Taglets and Safety Pages anytime from your Dashboard.
Can I update my info later?
Yes! You can update your Safety Pages any time in your My Taglet Dashboard.
- Navigate to "Manage Safety Pages"
- Tap "Edit Safety Page" under the Safety Page you'd like to make changes to
- Tap "All Done? Let's Go!"
- Changes are updated immediately once you submit!
Update your info as often as needed!
